Can you clarify? What is your question? We need more detail to be able to offer anything beyond guesses or assumptions.

Also you're 5'9" and you want tog et to 140 lb? Wow. What is your goal w/ that? Are you looking for muscular or long & lean for modeling or something? What is your current bodyfat %? What is your current diet & training?

For comparison, I'm 5'7", I'm 165-170 off season and compete at 6% bodyfat around 150. I believe I would be a stringy bag of bones if I got down to 140. I would like to see 145 for competition, but that's a 1-2 day weight and then I go back up another 10 lb within a week.

Also what is D? Dbol? If you're on Dbol, you're not going to lose weight -DBol is notorious for water retention. Further you'd be putting on mass, which can make you look leaner but its not going to be 50 lb lighter. I'm hoping you don't mean dbol but I have no idea what D is.

OK just say your post on the AAS board. Pardon my French, but WTF are you doing using Deca & trying to drop 50 lb??? I'm completely lost - you need to give some more information - my sense is that someone gave you a bad suggestion about using deca....

Yes I am looking for a muscular figure. My best was 155-160 @ 18% fat. I am not looking into competing or looking like a skinny model. I am already build thick but am looking to firm (cut). I Did get the wrong advice from someone. What do you recommend? I do 3 days cardio of 60 min, 2-3 weight lifting. Clean diet ( 5 meals a day) I was looking for something to drop my results quicker.

You want to drop fast? That's easy: PSMF The Rapid Fat Loss Handbook by Lyle McDonald | BodyRecomposition - The Home of Lyle McDonald

Who told you to use deca for cutting? Deca Durabolin (nandrolone decanoate) is an anabolic steroid. This will help you gain muscle. It's not a fat loss drug in particular - although it will help you retain muscle while dieting. That being said, at your current weight, you are not at much risk of losing muscle quite just yet. If you're going to use anything, leave it until you're leaner. No sense using it now.
Wondering where to start? Confused? "Homework 1" will get you started.

Drop the deca. It isn't helping you. Also understand the scale isn't what you need to be looking at in terms of "results" or "progress". You don't have to lose 50 lb to look good. What you do need to lose is bodyfat.

What is your current diet? All the training & cardio in the world can be negated in a week by poor diet that doesn't support your goals. If you're seriously interested in timely results, then your approach to diet should be about optimally fueling yourself for bodyfat loss and not about what is convenient or what you like to eat. It should be part of a lifestyle instead of a scheduled diet that you go off if / when you arrive at your goal. Your body can only reflect your lifestyle so if you go back to a poor diet, your body is going to be back to what it looked like before.

Can you post up your diet before we start worrying about chemicals? I'd also ask if you can post it as a day's typical meal plan, and then put that meal plan into a good online food counts program like FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal, and post it here. I'm also suggesting you do this so you understand what you are eating & how to tweak it for what you want. I don't know what you asked to get the advice you got about the deca, but using controlled substances to force something that your lifestyle (meaning diet, training, cardio & sleep aka recovery) isn't already doing, isn't going to work & it's not maintainable.
