Holy crap.
BTW welcome to the forum.

I competed natural for 5 yrs. never could get lean but could put on muscle without trying. i'm 5'5 45 yr female at the time 158 lbs. my trainer told me to get blood work done to check my thyroid. I did a full workup and found I produced no thyroid. Testosterone I had 11 rate, (30+) is healthy nat woman. all hormones were below normal function yet I am super strong and healthy and energetic right up to show time. I did have a partial hysterectomy 11 yrs ago and still have my ovaries. my 1st Dr. put me on Test cream and my numbers shot up to 500 in 4 mo. she also put me on a large amount of t3 which nearly shut down my t4 production. I switched Dr's. My now HRT Dr. put me on a low dose of t-4 and t-3 so im more balanced, warm and regular now. he put me on a test Injection of .25ml every 2 weeks. I was unfamiliar with the known sides of voice change and facial hair from test. I had also a month earlier been taking 2iu GH and 20mg Var with no known sides with a clen cycle. In Prepping for a National show I had gone to the dark side hoping to get the rip I have been struggling for 4 yrs. I was eating 1,000 calories of fish ,chic, broccoli no carbs super low fats 3hrs cardio and 2 hrs lifting a day plus work and did not loose a pound. I held weight at 158lbs for 3 mo and just changed composition. Got leaner but not what I should with all the shit I was on, training and cal restrictions i should have been peeled. I started to notice my voice changed and facial hair and wasn't sure what of the many things may have caused it? I backed off the test after 3-4 injections and used the remaining + hardening supps to get me cut for the show. i have been off all supps for 4 months and my voice was still noticeable to me. my Dr. told me to give the Test another try at a tiny dose. the next day it cracked. it has been a month and I am not as bad but I am still sensitive to the change. im a solid 170 lbs at the time and prepping to diet and start cutting again- no use of test of course!!! I have had PRO IFBB trainers work with me and are blown away that my body wont respond to fat loss methods but gain strength and muscle on no food.
my Question:
I have been reading that some may use Aldactone I think its a potassium sparing diuretic. will this help me get my girlish voice back??? any help on this one?
also I have been told my cortisol (stress hormone) is to high over 90 and that is why I had such a hard time getting cut regardless of training , diet or Supplementation. any input on cortisol reduction? THX :-) PP

can you break it in to paragraphs plz..
kthxbi!

No aldactone won't change your voice back (never heard of that either) - that's the effect of test in your system. Here's a short article explaining the same effect as boys go thru puberty:
Puberty and Voice Changes – What to Know About Puberty and Voice Changes
Women who were singers (or used their singing voices) and used even a mild dose of an AAS (probably not anavar, but wintrol or anything else) for one cycle have said their singing voice was affected even after the compound cleared and their speaking voice went back to normal. Singing / high notes would show the changes more readily than a speaking voice. The only thing that would actually affect that physical change would be surgery.
What sort of test have you been on ? Propionate or cypionate or something else? Everything other than test prop has a very long detection time so it would conceivably take a while for it to clear your system to reduce the voice effect. It might go mostly back to normal but generally, because of those physical changes in the vocal chords, may remain to some degree.
I don't know what to say about your cortisol levels. I don't get why you were on a no carb, ultra low fat, 1000 calorie protein & broccoli diet w/ all that cardio & training. My guess is that you were underfeeding your body for the energy requirements you were putting on it and it told you "I ain't playing this game" by holding on to the energy reserves it did have instead of burning it up. I could see that producing all sorts of cortisol. Interesting you didn't notice any weight change, but how did your bodyfat change? (At one point in the beginning of a contest prep I dropped 8% bodyfat and 2 lbs so I know you can see those sorts of changes in body composition w/o seeing a dramatic weight change.)
