I dont' really do flat or decline bench but lots of incline BB, DB & fly. I've pulled back on some of it lately because of a bum shoulder tho.

I know that the "bench press" is kind of the "old standy" of measurement for comparison. I work out at home so I don't know what is considered "good" for women.
I am 50 years old and my current workout for chest day is 5 sets of 10 flat and 5 sets incline of 185 free weight and 5 sets of flys on the bowflex. Don't know the weight there because they use those rubber rods.
What is everyone else doing?

I used to do 190 on a smith machine.not even sure what that would compare to in free weight.........then I got implants under the pecs and now my bench is non existant.
