    Triceps: Indifference?!?

Okay, first this is a question and a bit of a debate.

So, you are heavy in your life, and you've gotten some skin that is loose...so you begin to exercise. You're finding yourself shrinking, but not all the ways you wish, so you go to the doctor's office, and ask...can you make this skin go away? The doctor says not even liposuction will rid this, you'll still have some left, but you'll have great definition of the rest of your arms.

Then you lefted scared, you've looked at the option and find that maybe, and I mean just maybe there is another way...exercise it till you die The guy at the gym, with the body that is kicking and screaming "Sweet", "fine" and "all those 'wonderful' adjectives" above says: yes, you can rid this leftover skin by tricep exercises. You light up and say, "the cure"

    Is it true?

Built, I think this is your que, can you help me with this issue?

(if you get a tummy tuck, can you still get a wash board stomach?) someone said yes, the other says no.
Training is everything. The peach was once a bitter almond; cauliflower is nothing but Cabbage with a College Education.

Unfortunatly, loose skin can only be reduced by building muscle from underneath or having it removed. I've trained hundreds of women that had the same goal. I was able to noticably tighten the skin in those areas through resistant training, but results were dependent on each individuals amount of excess skin. But all saw some improvement. To address your ab question, I know by witness that if the excess abdominal skin is removed, ur abs will be visable if the fat is gone and the muscles are developed.

    Thumbs up

    Machine:

Thank you so much for the 411. My one friend has had 6 kids and she is in her 60's, she walks all the time, but has been thinking of coming to the gym and trying her hand at making that skin go bye bye.

I also want to thank you for the support with the indifferences with amount of skin, for my other bbing partner mentioned to chat up with one of the veterans...which I then did. The fellow I asked told me what you said, that it will harden, maybe not all.

As for the abs, again thanks!!!!

P.S. My friend says you've got a fine ass body. I will agree, that it is indeed beautiful~

Nothing to add here - other than to suggest that you continue to train, keep the weight off, and over time much - but not all - of the skin will shrink (more if you're younger, less if you're older). Before surgery, try laser, something like Thermage might help.

Good luck. And I know how much this can suck. I have this problem on my legs/ass.
Wondering where to start? Confused? "Homework 1" will get you started.

Think you're ready for the "next step"? Take this test.
