I'm reasonably sure that there's nothing that she can do in terms of training. The muscle, which is what would be trained by lifting weights, is underneath the fatty tissue. Additionally, as she ages, her skin elasticity loses its ability to return to "pristine-ness".

Cross your fingers that Built or Sassy or someone like that chimes in. Perhaps a consult with a surgeon is her only option.

buy a spice called alum and add 1tsp. per oz of moisterizer the rub all over let set over night then was good in the morning. alum is a spice that draws things UP and tightens. if you dont belive me just stick ur finger in the alum and lick it and tell me how thirsty you get rite away cause it draws your taste buds up.

    Alum? Seriously?

    LOL

Tell her to wear a tight support bra all the time, including to bed. When the inevitable happens, go see a plastic surgeon.

Yup, with Built on this one. Mine are not natural and I still have to work against gravity. It is a little pricey, but maybe a lift is in her future.
Lucky her, I wish I had her size all natural.
