Red face What the heck are sexercises and do they work?

    Hi all

I'm new to this forum, and I joined because I want to get some more definition and well...have a firmer tush.

I'm not all into lifting weights so, I've done everything from aerobics to tae bo, to swimming, jogging, biking, and so on and so forth. Thing is I get bored quickly and need something new.

So, I stumbled upon sexercises (this site How To Sexercise | How To Sexercise), which, as I found out are basically sex positions you can use to burn more fat while having sex.

I'd like to know your take on this, if they work, if they're good, if they indeed burn fat and help me get a fit(er) body and so on and so forth.

Does it work? Did you try it? Those guys are launching a sexercise book soon, and if I sign up I get a 35% discount coupon, and I'd really like to know your take on this fast, as this offer is available till monday...I really don't want to be wasting my money.

    whats your bodyfat percentage?
youre not going to lose enough fat from having sex to notice a visible difference, just diet and do cardio

The ones on the site, on the other hand show you sex position through which you can burn fat as they say, and that's what I want to know: can I really get fit while having sex?

@lightbearer: Uhm...not that much fat...don't really know how to calculate my bodyfat percentage. One thing is for sure, I'm not "ripped" but I don't carry a lot of extra :P

If you take a look at that site, the positions seem to be pretty targeted for major muscle groups...

Think I'm going to try some of them and let you know if I felt the burn :P Hopefully, I will

Sex was considered exercise by many before this little fad came along.

Yeah I agree. I think the best "sexercise" is basically kegels. Those are very effective indeed.
