Cool any limit to times like on 5 days off 2 for a certain number of weeks, or can it be indefinite?

It would be the same for women and men. what seems to be a popular way to do it would be 3-6 week cycles... although ive seen it ran for a year with no problems. It does take longer to get your thyroid back to normal the longer you run it. Another way some pepole will run it is a few weeks on t3 then off the t3 and start the clen. this can be done indefinetely as it gives the thyroid a rest while on clen...You will always have to taper up and down with t3!!!!!!-
