Okay, so I see the sides of cellulite in big and small, tall and large. I found out that usage of L'Carnitine can reduce the appearance of L'Carnitine.
My point: If you IM this stuff as well usage of these creams and gels...might this reduce the appearance more rapidly, as will dissolve the cellulite itself in the body areas for us gals?
here is what I found said:
Cellulite is caused by excess fat stored beneath the skin's surface. This can lead to a dimpled appearance. L'Carnitine is found naturally in the skin. L'Carnitine helps convert fat into energy. So, if it is IM can this speed up the process or dissolve the stuff?
Training is everything. The peach was once a bitter almond; cauliflower is nothing but Cabbage with a College Education.
Just because I've never heard of it (in my 11 yrs in the fitness industry) and the only detailed sites I'm finding via google are for horses, I'm going to go with "don't do it". If it were that easy, I"m sure everyone would be. I don't think I"ve ever seen liquid l-carnitine and I'm not sure what sort of substance you'd dissolve a cap into for an injection. Then don't know if any of the caps are actually 'clean' for that sort of use.
I wouldn't do it. The way you get rid of cellulite is to keep dieting. And once you start to see results, keep doing it.
