    Fat Burning, etc...

Hey ladies..I have a question for you about what you all are using to really blast your bf levels...my wife has struggled with her weight for years and it is really starting to mess with her head and confidence. I love her regardless as she was a larger girl when I met and fell in love with her, but I hate seeing her like this...
I have spoken with her and have mentioned that with a good diet and exercise prog...and of course will-power, she will get good results..well that isn't good enough for her. She does not want or expects to get that typical "beach body" and actually neither do I (I like some extra on my lady!!!) however just to be fit and have the energy to keep up with our 3 boys.
She is 36 and is currently about 247 and 5'5. She holds most of her weight on the hips, butt and legs..she has a small upper body and waist.
So are there any recommendations for a supplement protocol in addition of course to regular exercise and good eating habits..thinking maybe Clen/T3 and Keto (which is what I will be doing very soon)
Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you all

the recommendations are indeed the "key factors" and towards a safe trip to a much thinner you. My ideal cutting or bf burner is ephi/t3, b12, b complex. The clen is said to be great, but I have yet to find that better then ephi, for I didn't get on with clen @ ALL.

L'carnitine is another burner for fat, especially if you're one with cellulite.

    Good Luck!

Before you start playing w/ T3, please get a complete physical so you know if there are any issues w/ hypo / hyperthyroidism.

I would so much rather just start w/ keto. The other stuff always sets the expectation that it will do all this miracle work when, in fact, just getting a diet started and established is what will produce results because they become a lifestyle, as opposed to popping pills and then rebounding when you go off. The successful diet is the one that becomes part of a lifestyle.

BTW I'm not just being flip about this - I've not had issues w/ extreme excess weight, however I"ve always had the extra 10-15 lb (at least), DESPITE being a gym rat since I was 15. I didn't get results that involved modifying my bodyfat / composition until I got into both a diet AND training program w/ some cardio, and staying CONSISTENT w/ it. And by "consistent" I mean staying w/ it for 3 weeks at least. This does not mean starvation -this is on a reasonable diet w/ regular cardio & a schedule cheat meal (MEAL, not DAY) once per week.

W/ keto, the first week to two weeks is sort of miserable because you're cutting carbs and you have to wait for your body to transition over to ketones as its primary energy source. But in the process, you start to see the water weight come off and then things feel like they're moving..

I really hesitate to recommend self-medicating before someone has an already functional and consistent diet / training program, because it changes the expectations and sets up a less than realistic view of how to really get your body to make the changes you want, and then to keep them as you can't stay on these self-medications forever.

Hi sassy and thank you for the info...yes I absolutely agree with what you are saying. Not looking for a "quick fix" here but a lifestyle change. We both know that a proper eating and exercise regimen is needed and will not even consider "supplementing" until that part is locked down. My questions were more from the standpoint of what can be added to the basics to really kick fat loss in the ass!!! LOL Thank you again all!!

I get that everyone wants something "more" - I guess I"m saying - get the program in order before you start self-medicating. People underestimate the value of a tight program. The program itself will work well when you get it setup & running consistently.
