supplements for GIRLS!! LADIES WHERE YOU AT!

I take supplements, and I want to know what you girls are taking.
I take the usual protein, glutamine, glucosamine for my joints because they are in awful condition. I also take a pre-gym that I swear by called Jack3d. I also take Xtend for during and after my workout.
I love all the supps I take, Wondering about you guys...............XOXO

Protein - Anything by Dymatize....tastes great and reasonably priced - ISO 100 Whey Choc, Extended Release Blueberry Muffin....the list goes on!!

All kind of multi vitamins, glutamate, Xtend during w/out as well!
Pre-gym - variety of supps just depends on the day!! I love Roxy Lean, 1MR, Oxy Elite Pro and usually switch it up every week, otherwise it tends to quit working!!!

Please tell me you include EFAs. I also found MSM to be superior to glucosamine/ condroitin.

    Ok, where to start....
Once a day Multi, extra B, Aspirin, COQ10, calcium, whey protein, I know that should be more often, but I get in a lot of protein with my diet.
Twice a day in the am then pm, extra C, Flex rx for my joints, Advanced Cycle Support, EFA's,

I think that is about it. I feel like a pill popper at time

I see none of you taking Vitamin D. Almost all Americans are deficient and it is cheap! I get 400 x 5000iu bottles at Sam's for $10; that is easily a years supply or 200 days if you take 2 a day. Without that you can't absorb the calcium women so desperately need. And as mentioned above, MSM and Glucosamine are great, condroitin I was told by a clinical pharmacist that the body cannot absorb it orally (may need to check on that though). I do like me some Flex Rx, works great for the joints with all that MSM in it.
