Well this is enough for you at this age. just relax you will put up more around your arms shoulder and back.

Hi guys
I hve been taking T-bolic pills for the past 8weeks started with 5mgs a day and now increased to 10 a day and on workout days i take 15mgs. Is this sufficient enough or do I need to combine with injectables maybe primo or something I am struggling to put on more muscles especially around my arms shoulders and back. I am 44 years old (stating this just in case my age is the cause of me not being able to put on more mass)Any one who can help this old lady ?![]()

I think the bigger question is what is your diet & training looking like? The drugs aren't going to be difference maker. Also if you are not naturally tending towards building in the upper body area, it may be the area you are just going to need to continue working harder on.
Can you please post up your current diet & training? Need to understand what and how much you're eating. The whole point is to FUEL for your goals. If you aren't, the drugs don't have the right foundation to support. Also how long have you been training in general? As well as your current stats?
Two other comments about running a cycle:
1) no reason to change your dosing because you trained. You're supplementing your hormone profile. If anything you should stay w/ a consistent dose and not change it just because you're training or whatever. It really is irrelevant.
2) I'd suggest you include acidophilus - any steroid has the potential to promote yeast infections.
I also don't recommend you start throwing in other stuff. It is still going to matter more what your diet looks like.
Don't want to hear about age. I'm half way to 47 this yearAs long as you're alive & kicking and you're fueling for growth, you can put on lean muscle mass.

In agreement with above posts.
I'm all about diet and nutrition. We need more info. How long have you been training? Current diet please.
