Miami distance runner Asha Hadley tweaks her diet and nutrition for NPC Nationals physique competition. Degreed at the University of Florida in food science and in practice as a clinical nutritionist Hadley knows how to keep healthy while converting her physique in the kitchen and the gym. In this video Hadley shares her story and samples of her techniques in this video with one of her training partners, Melvia Villegas.
