for sure
after this photo the marine took me to 183lbs
and about 13%
when i got home my main concern was getting back down to about 8-10%
thats where i like to be... cut enough for the beach, and enough bulk to gain weight easily

I have to agree, I'm 8% BF and thats where I like to be at 150lbs. Living in FL skinny but cut is better for the beach than insanely bulked up.

being huge is nothing amazing if you dont have the definition to boot.
id rather stay lean and reach my goals gradually
