Thanks man! I have really been trying to tighten up the abs. I do believe it is working slowly. However I still have an annoying extra layer of skin from when I was so fat but it is slowly shrinking.

I do feel a lot more confident with my shirt off now than I did even just 4 months ago (the way I look in the first pictures I posted)
