youre triceps are looking really good, and same with your lower back.. a little posing tip, though.. if you turn your palms to face a bit mroe in the same direction as your body on that pose, it will make your bicep have that long, go into the forearm look which looks a bit more powerfull.
it looks pretty obvious that you have either done some direct low back work or some deadlifts. really good job, man.

and if you or anyone else could point out any lagging parts that you might see please comment, i wont take offense at all, just help me push myself in the right direction.
