well i heard that training with out protien supplements is just not smart..?? and i dont want to have a nice body or anything like that i wanna be powerfull and healthy... i mean i do wanna good body nshit but i also wanna be strong nshit like that, i heard this whey protien shit helps you grow be faster and stronger etc..
Protein supplements are simply that; protein supplements. There's nothing magic about them that will make you grow stronger or faster, they're simply another source of protein that's often more convienant than getting it from sources like meat.
I never said it didn't help you... It depends if you're getting enough protein from real food or not... If not, then it's a convienant source to get it from, but if you are getting enough, it's probably not going to help. Generally, you want 1-1.5 g of protein a day per pound of body weight.
well thank you man i dont really know much about 1.5 g's or whatever u said lol but i already bought this protien shit so ima try it out and if what happens, lets see if i get any good progress going if i dont then i'll stop using it simple as that...
