It's the way I am standing. My right calf is way bigger than my left one, but that was cuz I took a chunk out of it when I was a kid. Quads are the same, but calves have 1/2" difference.
I was 6, running through the sprinkler, and I dove on to a swing belly first to do a superman. It was one of those older swingsets where the chains always have the little barbs sticking out. Leg got caught on a barb and I flipped over which ripped a 5 inch gash into my leg, could see the bone, tendon, everything. I guess I didn't pull a much out of the muscle, they measure the same size, but there is a difference in the left ones shape. Most people don't even notice it, but I think it took 21 stitches to close, Shitty part is, if this happened today and my parents were litigious, I would have walked away with a large chunk of money to go along with the chunk out of my calf.
