It's a progress pic comparing April 15, 2005 (the first pic posted in my gallery) and October 19, 2005 (the second pic posted in my gallery). They're shirtless pics so they give you a better idea of definition. Not the most flattering pictures but I figured I throw them up since I only have two pictures in my gallery.

Thanks for the comments, guys. These pictures are from a few years ago. I am at about 190 right now looking to trim to around 180.
