Cloudy & pungent urine

The past 2 days or so my urine has been cloudy, although it's never usually cloudy & has been smelling, and I don't know what it could be. There are no changes to my diet, just a little less carbs & a bit more protein & fat.
I don't want to jump to conclusions (kidney stones/disease, diabetes etc)

Supplements: tribulus (95% saponins), ZMA, glutamine, whey, creatine

Really just using trib & zma for more restful sleep, which i didnt seem to be getting much of and I got tired of always waking up tired.

duhh. You're dehydrated. Drink water. A gallon will be good. Also, the creatine isnt working as effectively as it could be, because you are probably dehydrated.

i don't know. it came after an intense workout consisting of squats, leg press, bench, flyes, dips and shoulder presses.
I'm still sore after 4 days but i like it so might be mild overtraining

however i also upped my water intake and everything is back to normal now though

I guess you can be happy it was just a simple task of drinking more water. Good for you.
