meditation
I am interested in learning about zen meditation. Does anybody here practice meditation on a consistent basis, and how has it improved your quality of life?

I have tried it but not on a consistent basis, but during my that time i found it to be extremely beneficial.

yes i and my friend does meditation regularly in the morning it helps a lot in our health and also increases our concerntration power. earlier we both were not able to concerntrate on a single point but now our conerntration power is much more than that.
