    Wrist Trauma ?

    Hi Guys

not sure if thats the right way to put it but ive some how managed to strain both my wrists.

ive began MMA training training and after a striking session about a month and a half ago and the next day my left wrist was aching. Ive been struggling withis this ever since.

then to make matters worse in an arguement ive open palm striked a wall and ive really banged up my right wrist.

i cant train as I cant grip with my right hand, I can really press in any way shape or form.

anyone got any advice as no training is killing me

    Cheers

    Richie

Are you getting your wrists properly wrapped before training?
