    Elbow Joint Pain

    Hello,

I am unsure how to describe it but within the past several weeks, I have been experiencing elbow joint pain. I keep wanting to crack them (by extending the are straight out full force) in order to relieve some of the pain and pressure.
Now one my think that I have injured myself in lifting weights but the thing is, I only lift once or twice a week, and with light weights along with high repetitions. If anything, lifting weights, such as doing curls etc... should strengthen the muscles around the elbow joint.

Anyway, the joint hurts the most in the mornings of course, and tends to subside as the day goes on, but then comes back again at night or during extended down times. Some mornings I can barely lift anything because of the weakness and pain.

So I am wondering what this issue could be from, and what would you suggest I do or take in order to remedy it?

    Thank you for your help

I have a bone spur on the right 'bow. If I lay off SFW for a week or so, the pain goes away, but gets progressively worse when I start lifting again. If I stick to lower weight for ^ reps, it isn't as bad. But, it I do heavy bench press, north of 4 bills for low reps, the pain gets unbearable. THe problem is the tendon is attached to the spur. The only cure is surgery and a sling for 4 weeks - i.e. no SFW for a month!

You may have something similar. The only way to know is see a doc! In the meantime, you may need to try jerking off left handed. You'll soon fgind that there's not many problems that a LHJO won't fix.

Hey man, I feel your pain...

I had a bad accident when I was 16 and i've been battling joint pain ever since. Tried a whole bunch of pain killers and nothing ever worked. Recently my trainer suggested I try this product and it has now been 3 months that I have been pain free!!! Here is the website he sent me to:

Get the green bottle, it has plant derived glucosamine in it and for me it has done miracles. Let me know how it turns out.
