I'd say it's nothing to fuck around with. Give it another week and wait until the swelling is completely gone just to make sure you don't give yourself another injury.
I inflamed that bad boy about 2 - 3 weeks ago. I have done R.I.C.E. Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation... I still have a tad bit of swelling and no pain what-so-ever... When do you think it will be best to start back running??

i had it in both feet. had to quit treadmill and rest in air boot for 6 weeks .
it took 18 months to fully heal so just make sure you are cured before you start back !!
