I understand you mean. Yeah, the "got milk" ads are dumb. It is all a marketing ploy, most things are. Many nutritional and marketing schemes are based off half baked research, or marketers finger pick what research supports them and ignore what doesn't.

It usually all comes down to the money, and however much people can get.
Yes my friend, all basketball related. I've learn to question everything especially if its advertisment on TV. its important to do intense research and come to our own conclusion on whats truly healthy and needed in our everyday diet.

Yes indeed. Marketing media is full of unsubstantiated claims. All too often marketing models are made to omit the bad and glorify the good. They skew and bend to manipulate the consumer's perceptions. Such ads are also often lined with cleverly developed nuances made to attract the consumer in a subtle manner. It is all very well thought out. Today's man really has to develop his skepticism in order swim against the dishonest current of the mass market media.

I was wondering if anyone was going to bring this up. All jokes aside, the health benefits of raw milk consumption are well documented. Anyone who hasnt should do some reading on it.

Unfortunately it is illegal in most places because of the risk of salmonella. Well..that's how it started anyway. Now that pasteurization is no longer needed to ensure the safety of milk, the US dairy council has made sure that it stays illegal as well as sweeping any health benefits under the rug.
