With class, work and working out, I typically will have a nice breakfast, a small lunch and a protein bar only before 9:00PM.
After that, I'll typically eat my biggest meal of the day and then eat something small (milk + whey, cottage cheese, TLC bar, etc.) a couple hours later before I doze off.
With that said, it makes sense that I would have big-time poops in the morning given the layout of my diet. However, I've been up since 8 (its now 10:45) and I'm going in for my third poop of the morning.
It's not uncommon for me to poop five times before noon on weekdays.
They're not all big, some of them are wet/diarrhea, but why can't I seem to get it all out in one or two times?
I'm using baby wipes now to wipe my ass because my butt hole gets red raw from all the wiping.
