    Training when its HOT?

I don't know about everybody else, but when the weather turns warm, I don't have any energy. Most gyms don't have air conditioners.

For those of you who live in places like arizona, texas, new mexico, even florida, how in the hell do you train when its 90 outside and the gym is hot!

Lots of hydration and move as best you can. Or get into an air conditioned gym. I know what you mean tho - when I moved to my current apartment, I joined a particular gym because their DBs went up to 150 lb and they had a bunch of older, really cool equipment. But no A/C. OMG. It was brutal training there. It only hits really hot days occasionally where I live so its not that big a deal, but on those days, you just want to go die. The only place to really be comfortable is at a movie theater.

Most really warm places have A/C otherwise.

Train early in the day. Lived in the desert for a few years. Got used to getting up at 4:30AM to train, because by noon in the summer it was 110 or higher.
