Another member just posted recently about a similar problem. You can buy a strap that fits around the forearm just below the elbow that will give you considerable relief while training. Good luck!

Hope your elbow is getting better Akira. I went through the same thing a few years ago, and it can be a slow and frustrating process.

i had/have the same problem. i had to change my training round quite a bit.
i used to love doing upright rows but had to stop that exercise altogether, the pain in the elbow was just too much.
i took curls from the straight bar and found the ez bar was alot more forgiving.
it took months until the pain was bearable again and still today its in the background.
i take glucosamine, cod liver oil, they seem to have helped alittle although deca obviously helps the most, but when you stop the deca the pain will return.
    goodluck.

I havent tried benching again and I didnt do any Kettlebell cleans or snatches (they all hurt it), but I did overhead presses and I was fine. Today I did another workout and still its fine.

I had a small case of it, if any. I applied ice when I could, left it on until the ice pack warmed, and took Glucosamine, Chondrotin, and MSM tablets. Fucking Godsend over here...

i bought a brace just for tennis elbow, but it really did nothing for me... but i did find a way too help me with my workouts.. so i experimented with those rubber bands people where arounds there wrists and streched it directly above my elbow and just in front of my Bi.. it takes some getting used to but the location of the band and the tightness above the elbow helped me extremely!!! reduced the pain if every workout!! helped me be able to do my original weight.. still some discomfort while working out but reduced pain in some exercises about 60% plus!!..

My exact words also. Taking too much gear and getting big too fast did it to me last year. I had to stop upright rows and stop working forearms, switch up a few things and go lighter. The braces didn't help me. I was getting the ultrasound and massage from my chiropractor. That helped some, but it still was killing me! I eventually had to take some time off too which wasn't good because I lost strength quick!

It involves taking some time off, but maybe see a doctor to get some anti-inflammatory cream and rest for 1-2 weeks?

I have tendon pain from Jiu Jitsu and that's what I'm going to have to do one of these days.

No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?

It sucks. Been there and still recovery (5months later). Rest it. I wore a strap 24/7 for a month and it provided little if any relief. Cortisone was amazing but I got back in the game too quickly. Now the pain is present again- not anywhere close to as bad as it was prior to the shots.
