How to consume ASHWAGANDHA, also, what is the use of this herb?
i have heard it can burn FAT in the body. what are the uses of ASHWAGANDHA? can it help in burning fat?

Ref: Fat buring quality of ASHWAGANDHA
I haven't heard about the Fat burning quality of ASHWAGANDHA. But I know found a easy and helpful way to reduce Fat. I used to weigh 115 kilos. I found Stratzol.After using Stratzol for 2 months I have now achieved my ideal weight.
