So I'm carb cutting. Sort of, mainly just bread cutting.
Diet this past week goes something like this:
Eggs for breakfast
Snack of fruit - either banana or grapefruit
lunch 1- chicken/beef/fish and steamed veggies
lunch 2- chicken/beef/fish and steamed veggies
dinner- chicken/beef/fish and steamed veggies or salad
snack before bed- tsp of peanut butter and a slice of wheat bread or a piece of fruit
so mother f- I have had the worst diahreah today. like all week I was not using the bathroom and yesterday i was beggining to get worried, but today I've been on the shitter at least 5 maybe 6 times. I counted 5 but not sure if I'm missing one.
I'm at somewhere between 18-20% body fat and very carb sensitive. I'm trying to limit myself to one piece MAX of bread a day.
If I can lose 5 lbs which I haven't!! then I will start throwing some baked sweet potatoes in there for dinner or lunch but not until i start to see some lbs drop.
But my question is- I thought w/ all the fiber in vegetables like brocoli that this wouldn't be a prob. Like I thought it would keep your shit solid- not a soda fountain out of my ass
Does anybody else ever experiance this?
I feel ya bro, I just came off of a long week of the runs after I ran out of whey, and came off of creatine. Strange, whey usually has the opposite effect on most people.
Diarrhea can be your body's way of trying to get rid of something, like excess water. Maybe too many veggies. Too many veggies tend to give me the runs as well, as some of them can be 70% water.
You can't do a massive change without paying the price. Stick with it or ease into it. My gut is so sensitive that one new serving of a new food means liquid shit.
BTW, don't use the word "explosive" lightly. It could mean a major bacterial growth in your ass reservoir.
