I don't know that hgh but I do know this....
Your body naturally produces hgh and through proper nutrition you can increase your hgh. There are remedies that work with your body to increase hgh without some of the side effects.
It really depends on the hgh and some are expensive as with all supplements you need to research the quality of the company and the supplement produced by that company
