Great tips for weight loss. I like the exercise most. It helps you loose weight easily and effectively without having to spend too much money on other techniques.
I like the "Don't get fat in the first place" method. Seriously, unless a person has medical issues or just likes being a hog ass theres no reason anybody should be fat. Im not talkin 15 lbs over. Im sayin more like 30+. Have some self control

Hi, you could join gym and start doing proper exercise in the guidance of your coach. You should avoid oily and junk foods, try to eat fruits, green vegetables and drink water as much as you can. Hope this will help you.

Eating more slowly will help you enjoy your food more, pay attention to what you actually eat and have a better idea of when you actually complete.

For fat-loss, caloric restriction coupled with resistance training really delivers.
