    Elbow Wraps

    Been suffering with pain in the elbows for about 3 months now. It just pretty agitated after I lift. A freind suggested Elbow wraps. Anybody have any success with these?

    do you know what's causing the pain? is it in the joint, a tendon, etc??

    I think its the joints because from what I've read the tendons hurt on the front. Some days are worse than others. Some days it effects what I can do for for lifts sadly.

    i don't know bro. my problem is tendon related. i can tell you that a tight wrap does seem to help that. i know nothing about joint problems.

    It's the tendons. You have lateral and medial tendons in your elbows. The irritation is closer to your joint, right? The wraps basically pinch the tendons at a distal location from your elbow, allowing the injurred tendon area to rest.

    Sleeves, ice, and proper warmup brotha!!! If I don't do those things, my elbows fire up!
