    separated shoulder?

i'm in extreme pain tonight/this morning and can't sleep......yesterday did another trap inject in morning....last night tried to train chest, shoulders, and triceps.....didn't feel any shoulder pain and only a sharp pain down my shoulder and arm from the inject.....my shoulder started to feel tight so i bent it where it would be stretched somewhat as i was sleeping......well...that might have injured it...i woke up in severe agony.....i can't raise my arm by itself....i can hold my hands together and move my left arm, but not by itself....it actually hurts worse to not sleep on it where i'm on my right shoulder and left arm is up in air......i'm fucking pissed.....i don't know if this puts my contest out of reach now.....since i'm less than 12 weeks now......so at 5am i should be sleeping but it's throbbing and i highly doubt ibuprofen will help....this isn't my normal shoulder that's fucked either....it's the opposite one now

Hmm sounds like you either seperated it as you thought or you could have pulled a muscle. Best thing to do is to not lift until it gets better, and definitely do not lift hard.
