    Acne is Multi-Factorial

Since acne is multi-factorial, addressing the skin problem from several angles including diet & lifestyle, acne vitamins or supplements, medications, professional skin care products and treatments is often required to obtain the best results.

Definitely agree with this. Acne can be such a pain and such a stressor. I notice that when I workout hard I usually get the acne on my back because of the sweat being pushed up against me when I am laying on benches and whatnot. Is there any way to prevent this such as get showers before workouts also?

I use proactive for my face and it works awesome, but my back is a different story, it's very frustrating.

    Hey man,

It should be expressed that your skin is a detoxification organ and the acne is merely an influx of toxins trying to leave the body. So you can tell to a certain extent how your internal body is based off how your skin looks
