Stop being a Phag and quit getting your ears pierced. lol
Do like Barnes said on Platoon. " TAKE DA PAIN "
I got my ear pierced back in November..
It hurts to twist it and it was all crusty today. Whenever I take it out it hurts like a bitch to put it back in (Even if it was out for 2minutes)
I clean it with the stuff they gave me. What should I do?

Everybody wanna be a bodybuilder but dont nobody wanna lift this heavy ass weight. R.C.
Soak the earring in the stuff they gave you and put it back in. Keep saturating the area with the stuff (antiseptic or whatever it is, "earcare" something) every day, spray it on if you have to. The idea is to get the liquid into the hole. It'll eventually go away. It's a bitch to sleep on though when it's infected.

Which ear?

also put Neosporin (anti-biotic) on the ear twice per day.

Don't use neosporin. Don't use alcohol.
Soak your ear with warm water mixed with sea salt. then rinse it off.

I've had this happen; here's what I did, and it worked:
Do this when you're going to be home for a while because it looks really dorky - like, when you first get home on Friday night and leave it in overnight, and for at least a day if you can.
Thread a needle with dental tape (the wide kind OR the regular one, doubled; unwaxed is better but it won't matter). Wash both this rig and the earlobe with soap and warm water, and while it's still wet and soapy, push the needle through the piercing (eye-first, so it's not sharp).
Tie off the end of the floss so you have a small hoop of it through the hole (too big and it'll snag), and gently pull the soap through the piercing with the thread. Rinse well, pulling the rinse-water through very gently with the floss.
Now leave it the fuck alone. From this point forward, do not touch it unless you're in the shower with wet soapy hands, at which point wait for a few minutes for the crust to melt, then gently pull the floss through again.
When you have to finally leave your home, again with soapy lather, gently remove the thread and insert a clean, sterilized hoop (NOT a stud). Pull the soap through, then water, then again, leave it the fuck alone until you are in the shower again. If you fuck up and forget, immediately wash your hands with soap and do the same with the earring; pull the ring through the suds only when you're sure the crusties have been cleared or it'll reopen the wound.
Once you've had this going for a few days, it should be healed. Leave it alone for another two weeks, then change the ring for whatever you want in there.
No antiseptic (it'll irritate the tissues). No alcohol (too drying). No peroxide (it'll eat away at the healing tissue). No ointment (it'll trap bacteria inside the piercing).
This is just a little wound; let your body do what it knows how to do and just leave it the fuck alone. It'll heal.
