Exclamation Knees gave out during squats..

I am 16 and have never had knee problems before.. I've been working out for awhile. I ran and did squats on friday and had a weird pain in my shin after that but it went away. I didn't do anything saturday/sunday but sunday my calfs started hurting out of no where.

Today I started working out and my first squat rep my knees felt like they exploded and I could hardly get back up to put the bar on the rack..

It hurts to bend them and walk, I have no idea what happen nor what to do.

Also like to add that it's mostly my right knee that hurts and it hurts bad to walk on it at all.

Nobody on this board is going to diagnose a problem with your knee's. You need to go to the doctor, get x rays and get the proper treatment from qualified professionals.

    Good luck man!
