    Sleeping disorder

I recently lost my job so no reason to wake up at 6 am at the moment.Only advantage is that now i have all the time in the world to workout.
    But......
This has caused me stress and anxiety that does not allow me to fall asleep till my mind crashes and that's pretty much around the time i used to wake up.
I'm thinking about using ambien to knock myself out and wake up at a normal hour. Just wondering if anybody knows a trusted online pharmacy where i can find it without a script.

Not to sound harsh but waking up at 6am is not a sleeping disorder. What time do you go ti sleep? Do you stay asleep once you are out? Have you tried any OTC sleep aids like melatonin or benadryl to help sleep?

Not harsh at all.I must have not explained myself correctly.
I am NOT waking up at 6 am. More like falling asleep around 6 am and waking up at 10 am sometimes 12. No over the counter works.Tried tylenol PM, Unisom, and benadryl. I need something that knocks me out when i want to fall asleep so i can wake up at a decent hour.

Just head to doctor and ask for sleeping pills, i work at a bar 4 night a week and i have a similar problem i stay up till 5-6 and then wake up 12pm-1pm, melatonin or any other over the counter would not work, they only improve the quality of your sleep they will not knock you out.

i had to try a few different things from the doc before he would give me ambien, so if you dont get it at first try whatever he gives your first and see how that goes
