Vitamin D-3 daily really seems to prevent migraines

I thought I would pass this along because it seems to really work. For the longest time my wife would get a migraine every 3-4 weeks until I came across a small little article in a paper regarding a migraine study. It stated those taking the D-3 vitamin daily saw a significant drop in the amount of migraines they had.

Long story short, I forwarded the article to my wife, picked her up a bottle of D-3 and she hasn't had a migraine in 11 months since she started taking D-3.

She still gets "normal" headaches from time to time, but she hasn't had a migraine since she started taking D-3.

thereis also good results with magnesium 400mg day and riboflavin 400mg a day in preventing migraines. both vit d and magnesium and riboflavin dont get a lot of press coverage since no drug company stands to make a huge profit.

    Thanx.

Cannabis has many palliative effects, also. Here is just one example of the many strains with beneficial effects, also one of my favs.

Purple Medicine Man: An excellent medication for sick and terminally ill patients, Medicine Man heavy sedating effect, has a very strong, long-lasting buzz has proven effective for many conditions that benefit from cannabis, including anorexia, glaucoma, severe headaches, depression, AIDS and cancer / chemotherapy patients.

    that is all.
