ok i got a friend who plans on losing 25-35lb in a month. he plans on going on a all protein shake diet. he is a big boy that use to lift weights and is about 6ft3 280. he plans to get to 235 pure muscle! He claims he will just eat one solid meal a day and the rest of the day drink protein shakes. He claims he will consume 250grams of protein a day. he said this is to ensure he will not lose any muscle. Is this safe! I have seen him at 240lbs and he looked like a beast but i dont think he was at that weight from his insane Protein shake diet.
