Arrow alright.. somethings goin on.. need answers

This morning i woke up and noticed some pain to the top right of my right pec,
It’s a deep pain feeling kind of sensitive at first.
Anything cold in that area (or under my armpit) I get a tightening/ shock pain that shoots across my right pec from armpit to above my nipple.

I only noticed it when I woke up this morning and put on deodorant,
I could barley touch the stick to my armpit as it gave that feeling almost immediately(because it was cold).
It’s not like an overly powerful pain but it’s annoying and i've never had this problem before.

i basicly would like to know if any of you might have experienced this
before, and if it might just go away over time.
i just hate goin to the doc and if this saves me a trip there that would be pretty cool.

    thanks yo

Its called doms. If you trained more than once a month, you wouldnt experience the pain as severely. You sedentary notbig!

All joking aside, if its hindering your quality of life, go to the doctors.

We aren't doctors, although some of us pretend that we are. I would go see your dr. Not a waste of time to get a proper diagnosis from a trained professional!

Interested in hearing what the docs say.

Sounds similar to a minor pec tear I had back in the day. Any swelling in the pec?
