Speed walking is a whole lot more challenging than regular walking! It doesn't look all that difficult. It doesn't seem tiring or difficult at first, but after several miles it becomes serious EXERCISE!!!

I go for a 30-minute walk in the morning as well as in the afternoon together with my dog. It improves my breathing.

    Hi dear,

Walking is good for fitness and controlling weight gaining.
It also controls the heart problems and blood pressure.
At least 30 minutes walk daily is must for good health.
