    Post causes of oily skin

    Hi,
    Here are some causes of oily skin :
    Heredity
    Diet
    hormone level
    Birth Control pills
    Cosmetics
    Hot weather
    Take a diet rich in proteins but restricted in sugar, fluids and salt.
    Drink plenty of water, Avoid sugar, chocolate, and junk food.
    Use hot water when washing your face.
    Keep your skin clean.

    agreed, but you need to close your pores down once finished with washing your face with "hot" water.

    fatty foods
    tanning

    Hi guys! I want to share here the causes of oily skin by the diets we take. There is a greater chance for getting oily or dry skin when our diet is not properly balanced with macro and micro nutrients. The excess consumptions of carbohydrates and fats, which we get in junk food, cause excess storage of fats in the body. I hope, this stuff will be useful for other readers.
