    skin

I used to be kind've obese back when I was 18. I've lost most of it now, and I've also gotten a lot stronger. However, I notice there's some sagging skin around my navel area. I'd like to ask you guys if you know how to get rid of the skin.

How long has it been sagging? If it's fairly recent give it some time to return to normal. Unless you have a shit ton of stretch marks, then some cosmetic surgery may be a solution.

How old are you now, for how many years were you over weight, and how much lost weight are you talking?

if getting really lean does not tighten it up your only option is surgery to remove the excess skin.

I was about 309lbs at 6'0" when I was 18. Now I'm at 215 at age 20. I noticed the sagging when I hit 230-240 about 5 or so months ago. I have lot of stretch marks around the navel area, some on my lower/mid back, and few coming down from my armpit/lats. Basically anywhere I had excess fat, I have marks. Some have faded, but others (around the navel especially) haven't.

On the question of surgery, would anyone know how much that costs? I'm sure insurance wouldn't cover it.
