    fuck the drugs....get sick like really sick flu type sick where you have a fever, sore throat, and can't taste anything and have that for a solid 4-5 days and you'll quit

    i'm quiting smoking too,everytime i want to smoke,i would have some coffee or tea.

    congrats on the decision to quit. iam trying to quit dipping skoal . i have heard after 3 days the physical urge is gone but the psycological urge is still there . habits are the tough thing. good luck
