    It really shouldn't be a surprise that paleo dieting works so well. No simple carbs, starches, or sugar = nothing to raise blood glucose levels.

    I already noticed positive changes for myself, cutting out all the crap foods. Mostly mental.

    Weird stuff. Only wish somebody would have told me when I was younger.
