    Adrenaline Problem

Okay this is slightly embarrasing but I have told a lot of people lately in my life about this and finally went to the doctor about it. Wanted to share it here and see if anyone has ever gone through something similar.

I am a very confident person; successful/good looking (so im told)/a go getter/ yada yada yada but for some reason I have always struggled with social anxiety. It has progressively gotten worse and my symptoms have gotten a bit out of control. After going to the doctor, getting blood work done, and really talking about everything going on it turns out I have this weird adrenaline disorder which inturn causes all these crazy symptoms which THEN causes pretty sever anxiety. Basicaly my adrenaline will start getting released in certain situtations where most people's adrenaline would get released OR even in times where I am doing absolutely nothing but watching TV when it shouldnt....Also, my adrenal gland doesnt seem to have a shut off switch and it just keeps pumping the shit out which causes:

Extremely hot body temperature (doc said very similar to women's hot flashes)

    dry mouth

    HEADACHES everyday

    fast heartbeat

    shortness of breath

and then later, when it has subsided, fatigue will set in.

Going back this week to try and figure out some medicine to help with this.

    Anyone heard of this shit?

    Symptoms include.

Also, I posted up a few months ago about having high blood pressure, turs out it was all of this that was going on. The doctor said i dont have "TRUE" high blood pressure but when the adrenaline pumps out constantly off and on all day it does in fact raise it.

Well I'd get to one soon. I'm not trying to scare you and it may be something that is not a cause for concern, but the S/S you reported don't sound to good at all.

    Signs and symptoms.

To me, it sounds like your "Flight or Fight" response is firing 100% in one direction and then 100% the other during times that it shouldn't.

Those are called panic attacks bro. Fairly common for an anxiety disorder, or so I'm led to believe. I had the same issue with my blood pressure and now take beta blockers as a result.
