I'm in my mid 20s, 3 cycles under my belt, and I'm off cycle have been for 5 months. I weigh 220lbs and my bodyfat is 13.4% according to bod pod. Anyway my blood pressure has been very good due to always eating clean but last year I injured my quad and didn't know it until I found an egg size lump in my leg and ended up in the ER tripping thinking it was a blood clot. Ever since then I've been paranoid as hell about my heart because the idea of dying just doesn't seem to appeal to me. I been dieting for 5 months now, I weighed nearly 280 at the start and even then my blood pressure was at 132 over 77 while I was freaking out about my leg, that was at the highest. Well I been feeling tired alot lately which dieting does to you, and been doing 45 min cardio daily. Sometimes I have a little pain in my chest during running, but only when I'm very tired. A week ago I had pulsing pain in my chest in a small area to the middle lower left of my ribs it wasn't severe but it corressponded with a throbbing pain in my left elbow, I had however just worked arms and had a very tight pump. But reguardless I tripped out about it and got off the treadmill. It went away after about 10 mins. Today I checked bp and it was 121 over 72, 58 pulse. Bringing me to my question, why in the hell is my pulse so low? And it seems like it stays that way. My diet is Keto, with 1 carb refeed a week.
take a week off, eat a little more, chill out, get a few bjs, watch a few movies, relax bro, clear ur mind
sometimes uve got to step back and chill in life, the fact the u know all that about urself at mid 20s means ur serious, at ur age i only knew getting pissed and laid.
remember, stress is about the worst thing u can give urself

It wouldn't hurt to see a doc about this. treadmill test, echo, and a lipid panel are a good place to start if you're concerned. that resting hr isn't too low, especially if you're in good cardiovascular health.

I don't juice and I can't sleep on my left side because it feels like someone is squeezing my heart if I do and it won't go away for like an hour after I wake up and I can't barely move. And every once in a while I do get pain in my chest and sometimes even in left elbow like you described. But I figure if I'm gonna die from it hopefully it will be quick and I won't even know. Cheers!
Heart rate is fine. Bradycardia is a common finding in a young active person. BP is fine. It sounds like you have a little anxiety which in itself can cause a feeling of chest pain or tightening. Also, anxiety can change peristaltic activity in the gut and can mimic cardiovascular symptoms. However, everything is a stab in the dark without diagnostic tools. So seeing a doc isnt a bad idea.
I definetly have anxiety. And hypocondria or however its spelled, when I worry about something it makes me end up feeling like I have the symptoms. I'm also very OCD.
Don't worry about it until you can get checked out by a qualified physician. Could be some benign stuff like heartburn or esophagus discomfort, and being worried about dying is no way to live.
As guys discussed above... bp is good. Resting heart rate is not too low... enjoy your youth while you have it.
