Excellent lecture, definitely worth the watch. It is long though, so you may want to treat it like a movie and stock up your computer area with candy bars, Cokes, Red Vines, Gummi bears, etc.

Great video. I think this broke the camels back on the last bit of resistance I had towards cutting sugar out of my diet completely.

Unless it's creme brulee. Then it's worth it. Also Nesquik... Ronnie Coleman uses it.
