Yeah, usually 7-10 days. Get rest and lots of fluid! Get well man.
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain...

I am just getting over the Flu as well. It started last Monday and it has now been 7 days since I worked out. I plan on working out again tomorrow.

I have been taking Vit. C, Echinacea and Anti-Biotics 3 times per day, for the past 7 days. I have maintained my normal eating/diet as well.

if you are at 12 days and still sick go to a doc and get some antibiotics, you might want to tell them it's been 2 full weeks, that is their rule of thumb for Rx'ing antibiotics.

    try Tylenol Cold and Flu.

I didn't have the flu, but i had a few of its symptoms, mainly the bad, chest aching cough.

The medicine has chest decongestants in it that worked miracles.
