lots of rest
I'm experiancing flu/cold related symptoms:
Mucus, stuffed sinuses, fever, achy joints and muscles, headache and weakness. I'm a college student living on my own for the first time what should i do to help myself recover.
so far i'm taking about 4g of vitamin C a day and drinking hot tea and taking aspirin for the pain. I want this to get over this ASAP so i can get back to lifting weights. what else can i do or take to help?
Foreman_Rules could masturbate with one hand and finger his own anus with the other at the same time.

that guy in your avatar is a pussy
i would whoop his ass anyday !! hahahahahahah
take some dayquil and nyquil, these are great to relieve the symptoms.
I don't get sick often. When I do, I take 1 gram Vitamin C, 1 Garlicin garlic tab every hour, and Nature's Way Echinacea/Golden Seal every 2-3 hours around the clock, except when i am sleeping. I haven't been to the doctor for illness for 10 years.![]()
Golden Seal is a natural anti-biotic and a system cleanser as well.I can have a 103 degree fever, shakes, the works. Usually always completely gone in less than 24 hrs. Sometimes a stubborn cold will hang on a little longer. I would also recommend Co-Q-10. Keeping the body well hydrated is of vital importance when ill, and everyone should read the little book, "The Body's Many Cries For Water."
Yes its OTC but you can't get it at a pharmacy. Only at a natural food store.Originally posted by Yeah Buddy!
